A Word From the Pastor

Hello, I am the Pastor of Bible Baptist Church of Wahpeton, ND and I would like to take a few moments to tell you about our church. Bible Baptist Church is a New Testament, Bible Believing, Independent, Unaffiliated, Christ Honoring, Baptist Church. Our goal is to help you develop a close personal walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, thus making a difference in both this life and in eternity.

We preach the soul saving gospel of repentance towards God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ. Those who are saved have a responsibility to God to be witnesses for the Lord unto the uttermost parts of the world, as is commanded in the Great Commission. Our goal at Bible Baptist Church is to help those who desire to serve the Lord faithfully by providing avenues of ministry through which Christians can use the talents God has given them.

It is our sincere belief that God has a plan and purpose for every person. His plan begins with salvation, when a person repents of their sin and calls upon the Lord Jesus Christ for their salvation. (Rom 10:9-13) Then God’s plan is that every Christian serve Him in, and through, a local New Testament Church. God’s purpose for our lives is to reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
